Future Ancoras

Had an Ancora information session yesterday afternoon. In case you don't know what im talking about, this is just a brief explanation about it. Ancora Imparo is a Student Leadership Program by the Vice-Chancellor for all 1st-year students studying at any Australian Monash Uni campuses. I was part of the 2006 batch, the pioneer group to be part of this prestigious program.

Now that i am in my 3rd year, i try to promote the program as much as i can so that other students are ablt to take the opportunity that are given to them. I learnt that some people cant be bothered to listen to what you have to say and others are more focused on wanting to study and not want to grab hold of such opportunities. I mean, seriously, there are many 2nd and 3rd year out there who are now regretting not being able to apply for this program.

I hope that the future Ancoras would gain the same sort of experience and life lessons as i did by doing this program. My life would not been the same if i have not been involved in Ancora Imparo.
