Ive been blog-hopping these past few days and most of the entries consisted on what they did on New Year's Eve and what their new year's resolutions are for 2007.
I should reflect on my life for 2006. It has been a wild and emotional ride. Whose isnt?!
2006 has taught me many life lessons. Mainly about myself, about my friends.. About what I want in life... Thus, making it one of the busiest year of my life. I made a tonne of friends in 2006, all who i think would probably might be friends for life. One can only hope..
2006:
- I was part of the pioneer batch of the Vice-Chancellor Ancora Imparo Student Leadership Program. A program that only selected 40 students throughout Monash University and I am proud to be on of them.
- I was a Resident Advisor for South East Flats, Clayton Residential. Still am.
- I was the Activities Officer for Berwick International Students Association (BISA). Am the President now, for 2007.
- I got my first car, PAU. I love her to bits!
- One of my closest fren visited me in Melbourne.
- I started working @ UniPhone. One of the best places to work @.
- I was appointed as a Trips & Tours Leader for Monash Sports.
- Had one of the best Raya Celebration with my SEF mates.
- I FINALLY rock climbed in Melbourne
- I learned how to play Tennis. (Thanks to Sani)
I think the best part of 2006 is meeting all my new friends. Be it from the Ancora Imparo Program, RA, BISA, MUBS, Berwick, Monash Sports, UniPhone, SEF!!
I have a special place in my heart for all of them cause they have made an impact in my life.
I can only pray and hope that 2007 would be as eventful as 2006.
Parting is such sweet sorrow. That I will say good night till it be morrow.
