2005 was a very eventful year for me... Definetly learned alot about myself & those around me.. I totally appreciate every little thing dear to my heart & have learnt or at least have a better understanding to life... Reflecting 2005, i managed to go on hols with some of my bestest, closest girlfriends from secondary school. Even though we went to the same destination twice, yet we still find lots of things & stupid stuff to do.. hehe.. I shall truly miss them once im back in aussie... *sobs*.. Yes, i finally decided to further my studies and do my degree in Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. I would say that i didnt think that the experience wouldnt change me much but i guess, once again, im proven wrong.. Ive grown to be more independent than i thought i'll ever be.. I've learnt to cook, to manage my time, to wake myself up, to push myself over my own limits, to pray when required (w/o my mom nagging), to live out of my comfort zone but i guess, the hardest thing that i had to learn was to adjust to the time spent away from my friends.. In Aussie, Mun will constantly remind me.. "Non, you do have friends here in Melbourne.. Don't you ever forget that!!" I guess the difference between my friends here & there is the years of friendships that i have.. And because of this, whenever they need me.. im not there anymore.. And its not because i dont want to be there.. I want to!! ARGH!! The GUILT!! But hey!! I have no regrets!! I love all my friends no matter where they are... I turned 21 in 2005.. A scary, scary thought!! And all of a sudden the talk about marriage becomes a hot topic with my girlfriends.. Hmm.. Just leave me out of it, k guys?! Hehe...

So i spent my New Year's Eve with Ain.. It was suppose to be all 5 of us but apparently.. i think the rest forgot to turn up??? *funny siak!* Anyways, we were going to watch the fireworks @ the Esplanade Bay.. Seriously.. the fireworks sucks cause *someone* (no names mention!) suggested to view from Marina Sq.. alas! the stupid building blocked our view.. so we managed to only see like half a show.. I guess the more interesting part of the night was the after-fireworks.. We saw quite a few weirdos doing totally outrageous stuff... Some people were drunk & they were talking crap.. There were many cute guys around.. *too bad Kisha wasnt there!* I guess the night would have ended on a happy note if only i didnt find out something that really bothered me alot!! Finding the answer to the mystery was ALL i could think abt.. And when i did get what i didnt want to hear in the first place... i wished that i could turn back time, be there for my fren who is in need.. Also i could bash up the guy while im at it for lying me straight to my face *thanks alot dude!* I hope & pray that none of you guys would have to go through what my friend is going thru right now.. And yes, i feel her pain because i know how bad it hurts.. That leaves me to my conclusion that YES! GUYS ARE JERKS!! THEY SUCK!! *and this includes every single one of my guy friends who is reading this!! Yes.. even you Aaron (meanie)!!*
