The past few days have been spent spending time with my aussie frens. They have come down to Singapore for a short holiday before heading off to Malaysia & Indonesia. I would have to say after the 4 days i have spent with them, i get pretty much closer, especially to Vandhinak and Prashanth. Well, Im gonna blog abit about what happen cause i have to admit that i did like re-exploring Singapore, esp in the eyes of a foreigner... It's different, i guess!

DAY ONE: 081205
Picked Vandhinak & her friend, Desy from Changi Airport @ 0500hours.. Yes i woke up THAT early to fetch a friend. My dad had accompanied me that morning & both of us sent Vandhinak & Desy to their accomodation @ Ridley's Park. Today was supposed to be spent shopping @ Orchard, check out Sim Lim Square, visit Suntec City & Esplanade, go on the DUCK tour & finally to go to Bugis Village. One thing to note: It takes FOREVER to get a taxi @ Bugis seh!!

DAY TWO: 091205
Plan for the day is SENTOSA!! Yes.. Singapore's sole island answer to tourist attraction. The only thing that got me excited about Sentosa was the LUGE!! I wasnt expecting much from it of course.. DUH!! It is after all Singapore kan?! Hehe.. Compare to the one I took in New Zealand kan.. I think New Zealand one was longer & more fun cause we can race with other ppl. Me & Prashanth have agreed to meet up & take the bus to Sentosa while my aussie frens went to take the cable car with one of their Singaporean fren, Aaron. By the time we hit Sentosa, both of us were practically starving.. Saprino's Pizza was the first thing on the agenda!! We head on down to each of the "hot spots" of the island. And yes, i was bored! Tried entertaining both my aussie frens & Prashanth together at the same time.. Alot of work seh to keep coming up with topics to talk & argue abt.. The laser show was pretty lame.. No surprise here!! But the cool part about it was that there was fire.. Now THAT i didnt expect!! There was no storyline in the show & i bet that my aussie fren thinks the show sucks!! Haha.. Anyway, we were suppose to go to Devil's Bar tonight.. But then they were too tired after dinner & the walk around Orchard Road to check out the Christmas Lights!! Thank GOD tak gi.. Also, thankfully tonght manage to get a taxi!!

DAY THREE: 101205
The 3rd day didnt start out so well cause Vandhinak have lost her digital camera. I wish i could have done something to help her out.. Man!! The feeling of losing something.. ARGH!! So anyways, we spent the rest of the morning & early afternoon getting lost in Far East Plaza.. Apparently they love the clothes there.. The zoo was next!! I'm soooo not excited to go back to the same old zoo!! Was looking forward to the Night Safari though... Seriously, im kinda impressed with the Night Safari cause they actually let the animals (mainly the herbivours) roam freely.. No cages, etc. Cool huh?! And the carnivous were placed nearer to us than the ones placed in the zoo.. It's so COOL!!~ Did i just sound like a kid?! haha.. who cares.. well to sum it up, after the zoo & night safari, we went to lepakz @ Holland V. Too bad we didnt go WaLa WaLa.. I could have seen cute guys... Haha!! Dream on NON!!! Btw, there is quite a number of cute guys in Night Safari!! Check them out when u r free!! LOL
